Notes
- 'All 3', 'L', 'N' and 'W' are used to refer to the three counties.
- If it is decided that heats are not required, the final will be held at heat time.
- Timetable subject to change at referees/organisers discretion.
- Mixed sex/age groups may be allowed at referees discretion.
- All field events are finals for three Counties.
- Athletes must report to registration at least 45 minutes before their event on both days.
- Get to the start line/field in good time. At least 10 minutes before your event on both days.
